糖尿病精准管理依赖于对个体血糖动态的全面解析,连续血糖监测(CGM)技术提供了丰富的时序数据,但数据复杂多变、噪声干扰显著,使得传统方法难以准确捕捉复杂的血糖动态。数学与系统科学研究院等多家机构合作研发了持续血糖监测数据预训练模型CGMformer。CGMformer基于Transformer架构,通过自监督学习从大规模的CGM数据中学习个体代谢状态的精准表征,可辅助2型糖尿病的诊断、病程判断和并发症预测,划分非糖尿病人群亚型,预测餐后血糖并为糖尿病患者提供个性化饮食建议。相关工作发表在《国家科学评论》(National Science Review)上。
