Abstract:
The talk consists of two parts. In the first part, I propose that Guage/Gravity correspondence could be alternatively interpreted as a correspondence of Topology/Geometry. After reformulating the T-duality in the AdS geometry by a covariant approach, I present an example for this interpretation based on the Goparkumar-Vafa formula. The second part was motivated by the first one. I give a systematic approach to derive the 3D classical geometries from the dual 2D CFT data, the entanglement entropies. I am going to use the pure AdS and BTZ black hole as examples. With our approach, all 3D classical (topologically different) geometries can be derived from 2D CFT data.
