Abstract:
This talk is to introduce the null controllability from measurable sets for several kinds of controlled parabolic PDEs. As an application, we will study the bang-bang property of time optimal control problems. In the content, we rst review our already established works on this subject for the parabolic equations with real-analytic coeffcients; and then announce certain new results in this direction but for the general parabolic equations with Lipschitz leading coeffcients, by using a profound result in a very recent work by Logunov-Malinnikova.
