Abstract: The Calderón-Zygmund theory relies heavily on the classical Hardy space H^1 (R^n). While Calderón-Zygmund operators are not generally bounded on the Lebesgue space L^1 (R^n), they are bounded when acting fromH^1 (R^n) to L^1 (R^n). However, many operators encountered in applications fall outside the scope of Calderón-Zygmund theory. As a result, the classical Hardy space is insufficient for studying the boundedness of these operators. This has led to the development of new Hardy spaces in harmonic analysis. In this presentation, we will provide an overview of recent advancements in the theory of these new Hardy spaces and discuss several examples and applications that illustrate their importance.
