Title: Characterizations of Stabilizer and Magic States via Entropies and Uncertainties for Qubit Systems

Abstract: In this talk, I will introduce our recent work on the new characterizations of stabilizer and magic states in the qubit system via generalized entropies and uncertainties. Firstly, for a qubit system in the pure state, we have introduced two entropic quantifiers of uncertainty involving the Pauli matrices defined by Tsallis entropy and Rényi entropy. Our study reveals that the minimum entropic uncertainty states correspond to the stabilizer states, whereas the maximum entropic uncertainty states align with the T-type magic states. Secondly, for the qubit systems, we have also introduced three quantifiers of uncertainties given in the product of uncertainties—including total, classical, and quantum uncertainty—associated with the Pauli matrices. We analyze the minimum and maximum uncertainty states for these quantifiers of uncertainties, and find that these states are closely related with the stabilizer states and T-type magic states.
