基于质谱的蛋白质从头测序在抗体、新抗原、未知物种蛋白测序中有重要应用。现有从头测序技术受制于质谱信息的缺失,测序覆盖度和准确性较低。中科院数学院与合作单位基于镜像酶实验策略和多个创新性人工智能及统计方法研发了自主知识产权的蛋白质从头测序软件系统DiNovo,将高可靠序列覆盖度提高了两倍,并在国内多家单位成功试用。相关成果发表在《自然通讯》(Nature Communications)上,并获得专利授权和软件著作权。
